Every year, designers across all industries wait with anticipation for The Pantone Color Institute to announce its “color of the year.” And the selection for 2020, Pantone 14-4052 (also known as “Classic Blue”) has those of us at Best Buy awfully excited.
Pantone made the announcement on Wednesday night and describes the color choice in this way: “Instilling calm, confidence, and connection, this enduring blue hue highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era.”
