Best Buy debuts creator program featuring shoppable storefronts

Today, we’re excited to announce the Best Buy Creator program, a new platform that allows influencers and creators of all sizes to partner directly with Best Buy and help shoppers discover new technology and the amazing ways it can elevate their lives.

As part of the program, we’re introducing Best Buy storefronts — a new curated shopping experience where customers can shop the latest tech from their favorite influencers and creators. Storefronts give creators the ability to create a one-stop shop to highlight tech featured in their content and earn a commission on sales referred through their storefront, with no commission cap.

Several leading tech influencers are joining the Best Buy Creator program at launch with their own storefronts, including Linus Sebastian of Linus Tech Tips, who has over 16 million YouTube subscribers and 8 billion views; popular and trusted tech reviewer Judner Aura, also known as UrAvgConsumer; and Jenna Ezarik, the well-known tech and lifestyle creator (JennaEzarik).

A personalized experience

Here’s what creators and tech fans can look forward to with storefronts:

  • Next-level inspiration: Customers can find inspiration and shop confidently when they see the latest collections on their favorite content creators storefront. For creators, they’ll now be able to explore, feature and earn eligible commission across Best Buy’s full assortment of tens of thousands of products.
  • Tailored collections: Storefronts simplify shopping by allowing creators to curate collections of tech products featured in their content. Instead of guessing, viewers can easily explore and shop products that align with their favorite creators’ recommendations. For example, a health and fitness influencer can curate a collection of wellness and workout essentials, making it effortless for their audience to find and purchase the exact products featured in their feeds and videos across different social media platforms.
  • Convenience: Storefronts brings your creators favorite products all together in one place, making it easy for their followers to shop the tech they see them use in both their content and everyday lives. Creators will be able to access performance tools to help drive their business and insights, including the ability to track what they’re earning, product performance and more.

Over time, we plan to offer new and expanded opportunities to select creators and influencers, including curated campaign opportunities, featured storefronts on the Best Buy app and BestBuy.com, and more. Best Buy is partnering with impact.com — an affiliate, influencer and referral marketing platform — to power the Best Buy Creator program.
