Best Buy Ads, Best Buy’s retail media network, is launching a self-service campaign platform called My Ads, that will make it easier than ever for brand and agency partners to purchase, plan, view and manage select campaigns.
Currently in pilot with seven partners, My Ads will initially offer self-service reporting for Onsite Display and Sponsored Products campaigns – meaning near real-time data from these campaigns will live on the My Ads platform. It will give partners detailed insights on their existing campaigns, as well as the option to view and download campaign results based on adjustable criteria like time, products, and campaign placements.
The new My Ads service was designed for brands and agency partners who are looking for a more turn-key solution. Of course, Best Buy will continue to provide high-touch, personalized services for partners who want to collaboratively create more innovative and comprehensive campaigns.
In the future, My Ads will allow partners the option to log into the platform to build, view or manage various campaign elements on their own.
“We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for our brand and agency partners to collaborate with our teams,” said Keith Bryan, president of advertising and media at Best Buy. “My Ads is one way that we are continuing to innovate and meet our partners where they are—allowing them to access our products and capabilities how and when they want them, in order to meet their ever-evolving needs.”
So far, the pilot has led to very positive reactions from our partners.
“Best Buy’s My Ads reporting platform is huge step in the right direction from Best Buy. Being able to get under the hood with the self-service platform to customize how we see reporting and dive deeper into campaign performance as needed across tactics will enable a lot quicker analysis when needed and increase the ease of advertising through Best Buy Ads moving forward,” said a Dyson spokesperson.
My Ads first offering of self-service reporting will be rolled out to all brand and agency partners later this year.
