David Nygaard is the president of home and enterprise services for Best Buy Co. Inc. He is responsible for the company’s industry-leading services offerings, including the Geek Squad business. He also oversees Best Buy’s direct sales business and customer care teams.
David joined Best Buy in 1997 and has supported services in a variety of roles. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on the core differentiators that help transform our relationships with customers.
Prior to Best Buy, David worked for Circuit City, where he led its Minnesota service division.
He earned both his bachelor’s and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
