Our individual environmental score was also 92.50, making us the top retailer in that category. We earned an overall score of 76.90 out of 100, ranking No.

- The news: We remain on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the 11th consecutive year.
- How we stack up: We’re in the 89th percentile among retailers worldwide.
We were selected based on employee survey results, helping us gain a spot among 750 companies from across the globe.
For the fifth straight year, we’ve received J.D. Power’s award for highest customer satisfaction among appliance retailers.
This is our first time on the list, which celebrates company cultures that created cultures of innovation despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.
