Today we’re bringing that service to even more of our customers by rolling it out it in more than 250 Best Buy stores across the country. With the expansion, more customers will have access to in-person support for nearly all Samsung smartphones, including the Galaxy S and Note devices, as well as the Galaxy Z series of foldable smartphones. The best part? Our team can help with repairs no matter where you purchased the phone.
With this new service, most repairs like cracked screens, battery issues, and back glass replacement can now be completed same-day and right in the store, which means no long waits for your device.i And our very own Geek Squad Agents have been Samsung-certified, meaning they’ve had special training on repairing Samsung devices and will only use Samsung-authorized parts during the repair.ii
