At one touch of a button, you are connected to our Certified Urgent Response Agents. Your Urgent Response Agent will assess the situation, get you the help you need, and can stay on the line until the situation is resolved. Even in situations when you might be hesitant to call 911, the Lively team is always here for you. They can even notify your friends and family when you use the Lively Mobile2 with our exclusive app. And in the event of a fall, Lively Mobile2 connects to our team who can dispatch emergency services if needed, even if you’re unable to press the button.
