At Best Buy, we are committed to helping our customers live more sustainably. We do this in a few ways, including offering a wide assortment of energy-efficient products. But we don’t just sell energy-efficient products, we make them too. And we’re excited to announce that one of our own brands, Insignia, has been awarded ENERGY STAR Most Efficient for seven refrigerator models.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, ENERGY STAR Most Efficient is a distinction that recognizes products that deliver best-in-class energy efficiency along with the latest in technological innovation. This distinction goes above and beyond the standard ENERGY STAR requirements – these are the truly the most efficient products on the market.
We strive to offer products that are both energy-efficient and cost-efficient so our customers get the best buy. These seven fridges are affordable and sustainable and are now offered in a variety of finishes, including our new black stainless steel version. We also added two new sizes to the assortment, including 18 Cu. Ft. and 21 Cu. Ft. models.

Insignia is one of Best Buy’s private label brands, which we have manufactured since 2004. Others brands include Rocketfish, Modal, Platinum and Dynex.
