Last year, we launched our new Lively brand, which offers solutions to support adults who want to age independently at home, whether that be through our Jitterbug phones, our medical alert devices, our health & safety services or our offerings through Amazon Alexa and Apple Watch.
Now, Lively is making updates to its Health & Safety packages so you can easily get the plan that is right for you.
There will now be two plan options instead of the previous three, and we have added two new services: Nurse On-Call and Care Advocate. With these new updates, our services are here for you if you have a medical question, want to improve your wellbeing, have an emergency and so much more.

Highly trained Agents are here for you day or night to provide personalized support. We’re here if you have medical questions, want to improve your well-being or just need help with everyday tasks. We can even dispatch emergency services, so you stay independent while your loved ones have peace of mind.i
Using the Lively Link app, caregivers can stay in the loop on their loved one’s status. Users receive detailed medical alerts, GPS location, and daily activity updates on their loved one.
Speak to a nurse or doctor from the comfort of home. Simply call to talk with a registered nurse who can get you answers or put you in touch with a board-certified doctor. The doctor can write or refill prescriptions for common medications and provide medical advice. ii
We can all use a helping hand once in a while. Our licensed care team will provide a personalized plan to help improve your health and well-being through trusted resources and education. Your Care Advocate will work with you to identify areas of your life you’d like to focus on, help you set goals and resolve issues.iii
If you have a Lively Mobile Plus medical alert device, you can add Fall Detection to your package. When you wear your Lively Mobile Plus around your neck on our specially designed lanyard, it can sense if you’ve fallen and will automatically connect you to a certified Urgent Response Agent, even if you’re unable to press the button. Your Agent will confirm your location, assess the situation, and get you the help you need.iv
