Best Buy brings more savings, hands-on tech experiences and ways to shop this holiday season

Even before the pumpkins are carved and the turkey is served, we’re giving shoppers a first look at what’s ahead this holiday season — from the latest technology and top gifts to new ways to find inspiration, save big and get help from the experts. With more to discover in stores and online, we’re bringing customers more opportunities to explore the season’s hottest tech and find gifts for everyone.

Experience the latest in stores

Just in time for the holiday shopping season, we’re updating experiences across our stores to give shoppers more ways to discover what’s new, try technology for themselves and get expert help finding the right fit — from immersive spaces created with leading tech brands to new products and categories customers may not expect to find. Here are a few of the experiences customers can find this season: 

• Next-level gaming: It’s an exciting year for some of the hottest new games, including titles like Grand Theft Auto VI, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and more. Gaming fans can get their hands on the latest gear like wireless gaming headsets, gaming handhelds and simulation racing wheels.
• Experience the next generation of TVs: We’re the only national retailer where customers can shop and compare RGB LED TVs from Samsung, Sony, LG, TCL and Hisense. The biggest leap in TV technology in more than a decade is on display in nearly every Best Buy store, with more than 15,000 Blue Shirts specially certified in the new technology. Plus, we have a variety of OLED models and screens of every size that fit shoppers’ needs.
• Discover the latest from Meta: New immersive Meta Lab @ Best Buy experiences are arriving in 50 stores this holiday, with interactive demos, smart mirrors, personalized fittings and the largest assortment of Meta products across big-box retail. Shoppers can explore Ray-Ban Meta, Meta Ray-Ban Display and Oakley Meta AI glasses, along with Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S VR headsets, and get help from dedicated Meta Sales Specialists.
• Find unexpected gifts: Best Buy stores are giving shoppers more ways to explore fast-growing categories like collectibles, trading cards, wearables and 3D printers. New displays and hands-on experiences bring these products to life, whether shoppers are trying on the Oura Ring 5 or checking out the latest Pokémon card drop. 
• Better-than-ever computers: Whether shoppers need a laptop for everyday tasks, creative projects, gaming or the latest AI features, we have options for every need and budget — including MacBook Neo, Copilot+ PCs and powerful gaming laptops and desktops. Select stores will also have dedicated Google store experiences coming in October — giving shoppers a new way to explore their lineup of products.
• Easy holiday hosting: Shoppers can discover all kinds of appliances in stores — from holiday hosting essentials to countertop favorites. In stores, shoppers can check out experiences dedicated to Breville, SharkNinja and other favorite brands. And now, we also offer next-day delivery in nearly every metro market, helping customers get ready for gatherings without the wait.  

Save all season long

As always, we’re bringing can’t-miss savings events all season long with top deals across gaming, computing, home theater and more. New this year, My Best Buy Plus and Total™ members can earn 1% back¹ in rewards on every eligible purchase — or 6% back¹ when they use their My Best Buy® Credit Card. Plus and Total members get access to exclusive offers and deals throughout the holiday season.

• Shop using AI: This holiday season, customers can find gift ideas and shop Best Buy products through ChatGPT, with the new ability to complete purchases right in the platform.
• Best Buy Gifting Center: This holiday, we’re launching our gifting center earlier than ever. Now shoppers can get a jump on shopping, find curated gift guides, this season’s hottest tech, expert recommendations and ideas to help find that perfect gift.
